Started Dancing Modern Jive in New Zealand in 2003. Quickly became addicted and ended up studio manager and dancing five nights a week. Moved to Tasmania in 2005 to work as a guide dog instructor, also hoping to continue dancing.. Once arriving, found out that there was not that many dance opportunities here, so started classes to pass my passion on to the locals. Became involved with LeBop in 2006 opening up LeBop Tasmania in 2007.

Have performed at many places while living in NZ, including the middle of a rugby field in the rain for half time entertainment!!! not one of my nicer dance experiences. Have attended classes throughout NZ, Melbourne, Sydney and London. Was blown away at the size of class in london, that also needed its own personal DJ!

Competition placings include: 2nd vice versa Ceroc east and south champs 2004, 2nd lucky dip beg/int ceroc east and south champs 2004, most fun couple ceroc australasian champs 2004, 2nd intermediate rising stars ceroc australasian champs 2004, 2nd ceroc bay of plenty champs intermediate 2004.

Other passions include - dogs of course with my job who couldn't!
